Getting started

How do I get a reply?

On Home, upload a screenshot of the chat or type their message. Pick a vibe — charming, romantic, playful and more — then copy the reply you like.

How do I set up the Wingman keyboard?

iPhone: Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Wingman, then tap Wingman and turn on Allow Full Access. Android: turn on Wingman in your keyboard settings. Then open Wingman → Keyboard and tap Link keyboard. In any chat, switch to Wingman, copy their message and tap ✨ Reply — or type your own and tap ✍️ Rewrite.

How do I know if they're into me?

Open a conversation with a few messages from both of you and tap the analysis button. You get an interest score, green and red flags and a suggested next move. It's a read of the text only, not a guarantee.

How does Practice mode work?

Pick an AI match and chat. An interest meter reacts to each message and you get a coaching tip after every reply. The matches are fictional — nothing is sent to real people.

Can Wingman review my dating profile?

Yes. Profile Tips scores a screenshot of your profile with an action plan, photo ranking orders your photos, and Bio Optimizer writes a bio from a few quick questions.

Credits and subscriptions

I'm out of credits

Every AI request uses credits. Requests that fail, or screenshots that aren't a chat or profile, are not charged. Premium gives unlimited replies.

Manage or cancel my subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wingman AI. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can also open Wingman → Settings → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Restore a purchase

Open the Premium screen or Settings and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Request a refund

Refunds are handled by the store: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play from your order history.

Troubleshooting

The keyboard doesn't appear or can't reply

Check that Wingman is added and selected as a keyboard.
iPhone: Allow Full Access must be on for ✨ Reply and ✍️ Rewrite.
Open Wingman → Keyboard and tap Update keyboard settings to re-link it.
Copy their message first — ✨ Reply uses what you copied.

“That doesn't look like a chat or a dating profile”

Use a clear, uncropped screenshot that shows the messages. You weren't charged.

A reply is offensive or wrong

Tap Report on the response and pick a reason. Only that AI text and your note are sent to us.

Privacy and your data

Where are my conversations stored?

Only on your phone, in an encrypted database. Screenshots and messages sent for a reply are processed and discarded. Read the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete my data. See Delete your data for what is removed.
