Wingman AI: Dating Insights (“Wingman”, “the App”) is published by DOXUTOSTUDIO Trend Limited (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the App collects, why, who processes it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. It applies to Wingman for iPhone and Android, the Wingman keyboard and this website.

In short: Wingman has no sign-up and asks for no name, email or phone number. Your conversations are saved only on your phone. Screenshots and messages you send for a reply are processed by AI and then discarded — never sold, never used to train AI models, never used for ads. You can erase everything from Settings → Delete my data.

Legal bases (where the GDPR applies): performing our contract with you (replies, credits, purchases), our legitimate interests (security, crash fixing, product analytics) and your consent (sending content to AI, which the App asks for before the first time). We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, advertising ID or payment card numbers (the stores handle payment).

2. What stays on your device

Conversations, contact names and avatars, analysis results and profile reviews are saved in an encrypted database on your phone. They are not uploaded or backed up by us. Deleting the App deletes them.
Your reply-style card (tone, emoji and length preferences) is stored on your phone and sent along with a reply request only so the reply sounds like you.
Photos are only read when you pick them. Wingman does not scan your photo library.

3. How AI processing works

Before you send anything for the first time, the App explains what will be sent and asks for your OK. Content is sent over an encrypted connection to our servers, which pass it to Google Gemini to produce the result and then discard it. We do not keep copies of your screenshots, messages or the generated replies on our servers, and under our agreement with Google your content is not used to train its models. If we change AI provider we will update this page first.

Screenshots can show other people's messages, names and photos. Only send chats you are comfortable sharing, and crop out phone numbers, addresses or anything private. Results are generated automatically and may be wrong — you decide what to send.

4. The Wingman keyboard

The keyboard does not record what you type. Letters you type stay on your phone.
It sends text to Wingman only when you tap a button: ✨ Reply sends the message you copied; ✍️ Rewrite sends the text before the cursor in the field you are typing in. That text is processed like any other request and not stored.
On iPhone, “Allow Full Access” is needed only so the keyboard can reach our servers when you tap those buttons. Typing works without it.
The keyboard is linked to the App with your anonymous user ID so it can use your credits.

5. No ads, no tracking

Wingman shows no ads, does not use the advertising ID (IDFA or Android advertising ID), does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and never sells or “shares” personal information as defined by the California CCPA.

We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf under contracts that limit them to providing the service, and when the law requires it. Nothing you create in Wingman is visible to other users.

7. How long we keep data

Screenshots and text sent for AI: not stored — discarded once the result is returned.
Your user record (credits, plan, daily usage): until you delete your data.
Reports: as long as needed to review them and improve safety; deleted on request.
Crash reports and analytics: kept by Google in pseudonymous form for up to 14 months.
Purchase records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as required for accounting and tax.

8. Your rights and choices

Delete everything: Settings → Delete my data erases the conversations on your phone, your user record on our servers and your anonymous ID. See how to delete your data.
Delete a conversation: swipe it away on Home.
AI consent: if you decline, nothing is sent and the AI features stay off.
Photos: manage Wingman's access in your phone's settings.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP) you may also request access, correction, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority. Email contact@doxutostudio.top; we reply within 30 days. Because we do not know who you are, send the request from Settings → Contact us, which includes your user ID so we can find your record.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by Google Cloud. Conversations on your phone are stored in an encrypted database. Our servers accept requests only from genuine copies of the App (Firebase App Check). Access to production data is restricted and logged.

10. International transfers

Our backend runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the United States, and Google Gemini may process data in the United States or other countries. Transfers are protected by the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

11. Adults only

Wingman is a dating app for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will delete the data.

12. Changes

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes we will also tell you in the App before they take effect.
